Misty Beutler
My name is Misty Beutler, and I am the Founder and Administrator of Beutler's Caring Connections LLC. I started this non-medical in-home care agency to serve seniors and individuals with disabilities across Western Nebraska with compassion, integrity, and reliability. I truly believe that care should feel personal, respectful, and something families can depend on.
My journey began in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide. During that time, I found my passion for caring for others. I quickly learned that great care is not just about helping with daily tasks — it is about building trust, showing kindness, and making sure every person feels valued and respected.
I later spent seven years in executive leadership with Love's Travel Stops. That experience helped me grow in team leadership, operations, and customer service, and gave me the confidence to start my own agency in early 2023 — where I could combine strong leadership with the kind of care I believe people truly deserve.
At Beutler's Caring Connections, I focus on creating real relationships and carefully matching each client with a caregiver who brings comfort, consistency, and genuine compassion into their home. We are proud to partner with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services through the Aged and Disabled Waiver program, allowing us to provide dependable support that helps people stay safe and independent in their own homes.
I hold an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and am currently completing my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Leadership. My goal is to make a positive difference one client, one family, and one connection at a time.
Brooke Crane
My name is Brooke Crane, and my journey started in Sterling, Colorado, where I attended NJC while completing prerequisites and exploring different career paths. At a certain point, I felt ready for something new, so I took a leap of faith and moved to Sidney, Nebraska in search of a fresh start.
I began working at the Comfort Inn with Love's Travel Stops, where I quickly discovered a passion for leadership and developing people. Over time, I worked my way up to General Manager, gaining valuable experience, confidence, and leadership skills that continue to shape who I am today.
When the opportunity came to join Misty at Beutler's Caring Connections, I knew it was the right next step. This role allows me to combine my professional experience with my natural compassion for others. I am proud to help grow an agency grounded in strong relationships, quality care, and real community impact.
I believe success is built one interaction at a time. I try to bring a calm, approachable presence into everything I do, and I am passionate about supporting both our team and the individuals we serve each day. Outside of work, I am grateful for my husband's constant support and our two amazing children, who remind me every day why connection, care, and kindness matter so much.
